Training byLumiere’s photography school location is based in the lovely country village of Steeple Claydon near Buckingham (Buckinghamshire).

We have chosen to run the training from our home because we want to offer a unique educational experience.

In a World dominated by online offerings we still believe in the power of face-to-face learning. Our ethos is simple; good coffee/tea, sweet treats and a ‘you can ask us anything’ approach. No judgement – just huge support and empathy.

Sat Nav can be tricky – the school is painted cream with green window paintwork – just look for the Holbrook House sign.

You can also use Google Business for directions which does have the location correctly displayed and should then Navigate using google maps on mobile.

Kate and Brent's training is first class in every way. Investing money with them is one of the best things you can do for your photography business. Wow, where to start?! Having just completed the exceptional 6 month course I cannot recommend it highly enough. Relevant and current training on all aspects of both photography and business. Kate and Brent deliver this course in an all inclusive manner, there is never a moment where you can't ask a question ... nor do they tire of questions being asked, ever! Their technical knowledge is outstanding, their creative brains inspiring and business model solid. I am a second career/career change photographer who had no technical knowledge. I am also a mummy of two under five and this is my first foray back into 'real life' after having children ... so this really was a big thing! I know that my business (which I am in the process of setting up) will work and that wouldn't have been possible without Training byLumiere. If you are considering a course then look no further.

Had a fantastic workshop today with Kate and Brent. My third over the last few years. As always, I came away buzzing with ideas and confidence to try out new things with my camera and flash.
